EIS分析在防腐涂层评价中的应用

The Application of Electrochemistry Impedance Spectrum (EIS) Analysis in Evaluation of Pipeline Coating

  • 摘要: 介绍了电化学阻抗谱(EIS)技术分析涂层的测试原理、试验方法、试验装置, 结合实际涂层体系建立金属/涂层/溶液体系的等效电路模型。利用电化学阻抗谱技术分析实际涂层, 采用非线性最小二乘法优化电化学阻抗谱数据, 采用VC编程实现这一算法, 并采用ORIGIN软件拟合阻抗图谱。分析表明, 2号涂层的耐盐水渗透性较差, 3号涂层的防腐蚀性能较好。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the test theory, experiment method and test equipment of Electrochemistry Impedance Spectrum (EIS) technique in the evaluation of pipeline coating. The equivalent circuit model for metal-coating-fluids system is established combined with actual coating system of pipeline. The authors use EIS to analyze the actual coating of pipeline system, adopt the nonlinear least square method to optimize EIS data, apply VC to develop the program to realize the arithmetic and draw up impedance figures by ORIGIN software. The analytical results show that among the coatings the salt water resistance osmosis of No. 2 coating system is poor and anticorrosion performance of No. 3 coating system is good.
