Comparison to Contaminated Volume Calculation Formulas of Batch Transportation Pipeline

  • 摘要: 顺序输送成品油管道在不同油品接触区会产生一段混油, 混油量的计算、监测、控制和处理是成品油管输的重要环节。对目前常用的混油计算公式, 如由扩散理论推导的公式、奥斯汀和柏尔弗莱(Austin、Palfrey)公式、经验公式进行了对比, 得出在成品油顺序输送管道的规划设计中利用紊流扩散理论推导的公式计算混油量最可靠。

     

    Abstract: Contaminated volume from different product oils will form at their interface so that the calculation, monitoring, control and treatment for the contaminated volume of batch transportation pipeline of oil product become an important link. The common calculation models of contaminated volume like the diffusion theory model, Austin-Palfrey model and empirical model are compared. The result shows that the model derived from turbulent diffusion theory is most reliable and available, which can be used to calculate the contaminated volume of oil products in batch transportation pipelines.
