易凝高粘原油管道凝管失效风险分析

Solidification-failure Risk Analysis on the Waxy and High Viscosity Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 采用事故树方法对易凝高粘原油管道发生凝管失效的各种因素进行了分析, 并定量计算了发生失效概率以及发生凝管事故造成的各种经济损失。利用凝管失效风险分析结果, 可以有效指导易凝高粘原油管道的安全运行, 并为管道的维护与安全性评估提供科学依据。

     

    Abstract: By means of fault tree analysis method, this paper analyzes various reasons resulting in solidification-failure of waxy and high viscosity pipelines and quantitatively calculates failure probability and economic loses from the solidification-failure of pipelines as well. Authors consider that utilizing the risk analysis result of fault tree can effectively ensure safe operation of oil pipeline, meanwhile, provide a scientific foundation for evaluating the maintenance and safety of oil pipelines.
