LuNing Oil Pipeline Takes Energy Saving Measures to Increase Economic Profits

  • 摘要: 针对东部原油管网流向调整, 鲁宁管道输油量增加, 为满足输油任务, 对鲁宁线各开泵站输油泵机组进行了更新改造, 结合一、二期改造后的具体情况, 采用对二期输油泵电机组加装变频器的方法, 经理论和实际证明, 具有明显的节能效果。

     

    Abstract: Oil throughput in LuNing Oil Pipeline is increased after the regulation to oil flowing direction of Eastern Pipeline Networks. To meet the demands of oil transportation, first-phase and second-phase technical modifications on pump sets of running pumping stations are carried out. Technical measures for installing frequency converters to the second-phase modified pump sets are taken, and theory and operation practice prove that a remarkable energy saving result is obtained.
