阿赛输油管道优化运行的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis on Optimization Running of Alshan-Saihantara Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对阿赛输油管道来油量不均衡性而导致频繁调整运行方式和增大输油成本的弊病, 分别从管输方式、各站设备规格、相物性和运行参数和等方面进行了数据分析和理论计算, 结果表明, 应用不同组合的优化输油运行方式不仅是可行的, 而且还能降低输油成本。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the problem of unconstant crude oil supply received from Erlian Oilfield, and aiming at simplifying the running mode and lowering transporting cost of Alshan-Saihantara Oil Pipeline, data analysis on pipeline transportation process (flowsheet) and specifications of transportation equipment is made, and theoretical calculation on the property of crude oil and running parameters is conducted meanwhile. Results show that different combination of running modes can realize the above-mentioned object.
