顶管穿越过程中的精度控制及缺陷处理

Process and Quality Control Techniques for the Push Pipe Method in Long Distance Pipeline Construction

  • 摘要: 针对西气东输管道工程和其它顶管施工工程中经常出现的问题, 结合设计规范要求和实际经验, 对顶管过程中出现质量问题的影响因素进行了分析, 提出了误差校正和缺陷处理的方法。认为加强顶管施工的过程控制, 合理选择施工方法, 可以将安全隐患降到最小程度, 确保管道和地表的设施不受损坏, 避免恶性事故的发生。

     

    Abstract: This article summarizes the problems existed in the push pipe method applied in West to East Gas Transmission Pipeline Project and other pipeline projects. Based on relative standards and/or codes and construction experiences, analysis and discussion are carried out from influence factors (deformation and settlement of ground surface, survey error of pipe pushing, material defects including the class and quality of concrete, concrete reinforcing bar, pipe quality etc.) to construction quality of the push pipe method. The author considers that strengthening process control of construction and rational applying the pipe pushing method can effectively minimize hidden perils and avoid construction accidents.
