高寒区管道密闭输送-10号轻柴油的实践

The Practice in Transporting #-10 Diesel Oil in Plateau Area

  • 摘要: 介绍了-10号轻柴油的油品物性和输送条件, 比较分析了-10号轻柴油与-20号、-30号轻柴油在输送过程中摩阻和管道承压、流量、管输压力的变化量, 提出了地处高寒区的格拉管道首次密闭输送-10号轻柴油的输送方案。针对管输压力、流量设定、工艺流程、控制方式、管道泄漏、进出站压力突升突降、输油设备故障等问题, 提出了相应的技术对策。实践表明, 格拉管道在每年的7、8月份地温最高时密闭输送-10号轻柴油是可行的, 但对压力、流量、节流压力等主要技术参数和输送方案还需进行调整。

     

    Abstract: The property and transportation condition of #-10 diesel oil are introduced. Comparison and analysis on 4-10 diesel oil, 4-20 diesel oil and #-30 diesel oil are conducted on the variations in frictional drag, pipeline load-bearing capacity, flowrate and pressure during oil transporting. Transportation scenario of #-10 diesel oil is proposed. Transportation process and control mode are worked out for the transportation of #-10 diesel oil based on pressure and flowrate of oil and possible operating problems as leakage, sudden high/low inlet/outlet pressure and equipment failures are solved. Relative technological measures are presented. Transportation practice shows that #-10 diesel oil transportation through Gelmoud-Lhasa Product Oil Pipeline is feasible in July and August yearly (the months with highest ground temperature). Main operating parameters such as pressure, flowrate and trrotlle pressure, including transportation plan, shall be regulated as neccessary.
