Abstract:
The property and transportation condition of #-10 diesel oil are introduced. Comparison and analysis on 4-10 diesel oil, 4-20 diesel oil and #-30 diesel oil are conducted on the variations in frictional drag, pipeline load-bearing capacity, flowrate and pressure during oil transporting. Transportation scenario of #-10 diesel oil is proposed. Transportation process and control mode are worked out for the transportation of #-10 diesel oil based on pressure and flowrate of oil and possible operating problems as leakage, sudden high/low inlet/outlet pressure and equipment failures are solved. Relative technological measures are presented. Transportation practice shows that #-10 diesel oil transportation through Gelmoud-Lhasa Product Oil Pipeline is feasible in July and August yearly (the months with highest ground temperature). Main operating parameters such as pressure, flowrate and trrotlle pressure, including transportation plan, shall be regulated as neccessary.
