塘沽—燕山输油管道泄漏监测系统

Design and Development of Oil Leakage Monitoring System in Tangu-Yanshan Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对塘沽—燕山输油管道经常出现非法打孔盗油现象, 研制出了一套管道泄漏实时监测系统, 该系统采用负压波检测泄漏, 性能稳定可靠, 可对管道的突发性泄漏做出迅速反应, 泄漏定位精度高, 易操作, 投资费用低, 具有很好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the oil-stolen case frequently happened in oil pipelines, an Oil Leakage Monitoring System based on negative pressure wave monitoring methodology is put into design and development for Tangu-Yanshan Oil Pipeline. Field application results of the developed system display that, with reliable performance, easier operation and low cost, the system can response quickly to sudden oil leakage and locate the leakage accurately.
