新滩KD451稠油O/W乳状液流变性研究

Study on Heavy Oil O/W Emulsion Rheological Property

  • 摘要: 在模拟生产条件的基础上, 对新滩KD451区块稠油O/W乳状液的流变性进行了研究。O/W乳状液在中低剪切速率下, 含水量小于80%时, 表现出明显的剪切稀释性; 在含水量达到80%, 剪切速率超过51 s-1时, 表现出明显的牛顿流体的特征。在同一剪切速率下, 表观粘度随时间的变化主要是由于乳状液稳定性变化所致。温度、相体分数、混合强度、油水性质以及液滴大小分布都会对乳状液的流动性能产生影响。同时针对新滩KD451区块稠油集输特点, 提出了评价稠油O/W乳状液性能的方法。

     

    Abstract: Regarding Xintan KD451 thick oil O/W emulsion, rheological property is studied based on the simulation of working condition. When water content is smaller than 80%, with middle-low shear rate, the O/W emulsion displays an obvious shear-thinning property; when water content achieves 80%, with shear rate surpassing 51s-1, the O/W emulsion displays obvious Newtonian fluid characteristic. Under identical shear rate, the changeable appearance viscosity over time is mainly the result of the variation in emulsion's stability. The temperature, phase volume rate, mixture strength, oil and water nature, as well as drop's size and distribution have a strong impact on the flow property of the emulsion. Aiming at gathering characteristics of Xintan KD451 thick oil, a method for evaluating thick oil's O/W emulsion performance is proposed at the same time.
