含水超稠油流变性试验与研究

Experiment and Study on the Rheology of Wet Extra-viscous Crude

  • 摘要: 针对辽河油田含水超稠油的物性特点, 从现场取样, 用自行设计的细管式流变仪研究了含水原油的含水率、温度和剪切速率对含水原油流变性的影响, 确定了不同温度和含水率条件下含水超稠油的流变特征。研究结果表明, 含水率和温度对流变指数有较大的影响, 含水率越高, 温度越低, 含水原油流变指数越偏离1, 非牛顿流体性越强; 温度和含水率对含水超稠油的流变特性均有明显的影响, 温度升高, 视粘度下降。

     

    Abstract: In the light of the property of wet extra-viscous crude in Liaohe Oilfield, experiment and study are made with spot samples on the influence of water cut, temperature and shear rate of wet extra-viscous crude to crude's rheology. Test is carried out by means of thin tube rheometer self-designated, and the rheological characteristic of this crude at different temperatures and water cut conditions is verified from the test. Experimental results show that the water cut and temperature of the crude obviously influence the rheolo-gical index, the higher the water cut at lower temperature, the farther the rheological index deviating from 1, and the stronger behavior of the non-Newtonian fluid is. Also, the temperature and water cut greatly influence the rheology behavior of the crude, and when temperature goes up, the apparent viscosity lowers down.
