智能防腐层防腐防盗实时定位监控系统

Design and Application of Oil Pipelines' Real-time Localization and Monitoring System with Intelligent Tape

  • 摘要: 介绍了管道防盗技术领域的发展现状, 从智能防腐层防腐防盗实时监控电路设计、结构设计、数据采集与处理、无线传输监测方案四个方面阐述了该系统的实施方案。临邑—济南输油管道实际应用表明, 智能防腐层防腐防盗实时定位监控系统可以对管道防腐层破损处进行快速报警, 并且双向定位精度高, 可有效保证管道的安全正常运行。

     

    Abstract: A developing situation of oil pipeline's anti-bandies technology is investigated in the paper. Design and application scenario for the real-time localization and monitoring system with intelligent tape for oil pipelines are described from four aspects such as circuit design of real-time monitoring, structure design of system, data acquisition 6-processing (DAP) and general packet radio service (GPRS). The application in Linyi-Ji'nan Oil Pipeline shows that the system can alarm quickly for damaged tape of pipeline with a high precision in bidirectional location, which will effectively ensure the safe operation of oil pipelines.
