油田集输管道有机涂层的防腐性能评价

Evaluation on the Property of Organic Coating for the Gathering Pipeline of Oilfield

  • 摘要: 通过传统挂片试验, 利用交流阻抗测试技术对油田集输管道3种有机涂层H87、HT515、EP67玻璃鳞片的防腐性能进行了现场监测及试验室评价。电化学测试结果表明, 涂层的防护性能随试验时间的延长而降低; 在试验介质及工艺条件下(相同试验时间内), 玻璃鳞片的防腐性能最好, H87次之, HT515最差。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes the evaluation on the property of organic coating for the gathering pipeline of Shengli Oilfield. By means of traditional coupon test, an alternating impedance technique is used to make field test to the property of flake glass-filled coatings marked in H87, HT515 and EP67, and laboratory evaluation is made too. Electrochemistry test results show that the protection property of the coatings tends to descend with the prolongation of the test period; and within an equal test time, an optimum protection property appears to be the coating of EP67, H87 and HT515 in succession.
