Non-steady Thermal Calculation of Right and Reverse Transportation for Buried Oil Pipelines

  • 摘要: 通过对国内外埋地热油管道非稳态热力计算文献进行总结, 分析了埋地热油管道正反输非稳态热力过程, 建立了数学模型, 并编制了计算软件进行简化求解。通过对任京线正反输运行试验数据与软件计算结果进行比较, 验证了数学模型的正确性与计算软件的可靠性, 并以任京线为例, 计算得到了正反输过程中管道周围土壤温度场及管内原油温度的变化规律。

     

    Abstract: Through summarizing the documents on non-steady thermal problems for buried hot oil pipelines at home and abroad, the paper analyzes the non-steady thermodynamic process of right and reverse transportation of buried hot oil pipelines, established a mathematic model and developed a calculation software for solving the problem. Taking Renqiu-Beijing Oil Pipeline for example, a comparison to experimental data and software solving results of right and reverse transportation is made. The comparison result shows that the mathematic model is available and the software is reliable. Also, a change rule in soil temperature field all around the pipe and oil temperature in-pipe during right and reverse transportation process is studied and discussed in the paper.
