埋地混输管道热力计算分析

Thermodynamic Calculation and Analysis on Buried Multiple-Phase Transportation Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对埋地混输管道运行温度普遍较高而导致原油集输系统生产运行成本过高的问题, 根据热力学理论, 推导出了混输管道沿程温降公式及井口掺水量、掺水温度公式。通过所编制的计算机程序, 确定了埋地混输管道运行的工艺参数。

     

    Abstract: In the light of the issue that higher operating temperature in buried multiple-phase pipeline's transportation will lead to a raise of operating cost for oil gathering systems in oilfields, equations for pipeline temperature dropping down, amount of mixed hot water and temperature of mixed hot water are derived based on the thermodynamic principle. By means of a computer program developed, operation technological parameters of buried multiple-phase transportation pipeline are confirmed.
