魏荆线燃油加热炉改烧天然气工艺运行分析

Technical Parameters Analysis on Heater Changing Fuel from Crude Oil to Natural Gas Used in WeiJing Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 通过对魏荆线两台不同型号燃油加热炉改烧天然气前后工艺参数分析和炉效进行了比较, 阐述了加热炉“油改气”节能降耗产生的巨大经济效益和清洁排放产生的良好社会效益, 并对加热炉“油改气”中出现的问题提出了建议和改进措施。

     

    Abstract: Through analyzing the technical parameters and comparing the efficiency with the two types of heaters (2326 kW and 2500 kW)-natural gas-fired changed from crude oil in WeiJing Oil Pipeline, the authors consider that it is feasible in technology for the natural gas-fired heaters changed from crude oil to lower their costs, and after technical reforming, heaters' efficiency increase over 6% with low flue gas temperature in discharge. Suggestions and improving measurements on the problem existed in the technical reform are put forward.
