管道输送过程的㶲传递分析

The Exergy Transfer Analysis on Pipeline Transportation Process

  • 摘要: 依据工程㶲传递过程评价分析的一般步骤, 对管道输送过程进行势场结构分析, 分别提出了以压力场为主导势场及以温度场为主导势场的㶲传递分析指标, 并对输油管道进行了应用数值模拟。依据计算结果, 研究并分析了各类势场对输送速率及可持续性输送的贡献度, 并据此提出了改进输送过程的技术途径。

     

    Abstract: According to the general steps of exergy analysis in engineering, a field composition of the pipeline is determined and exergy transfer analysis guidelines are obtained, of which, leading fields are the pressure field and temperature field respectively. A numerical simulation is done with a thermal oil pipeline process, and calculating results can be used to study the contributor of each field to the transferring speed and the continuous transferring. Thus technical approaches for improving pipeline transportation processes can be provided.
