Abstract: When developing an offtaking schedule for a multi-product pipeline, some factors are involved, these are batch, transporting sequence, market demand, minimum continuous flowrate of pump, optimal operating range of the flowmeter, minimum flowrate of the pipeline and tank capacity of each station. With a Schedule Software of Multi-product Pipeline programmed by authors and in the case of Southwest Multi-product Pipeline, authors point out that the above factors have to be emphasized before developing an offtaking plan.
