Viscosity Reducing Study on Orinoco Heavy Crude

  • 摘要: 叙述了委内瑞拉奥里诺科重质高粘稠油采用缔合、溶解、稀释组合的降粘方法。将稠油在50℃时的粘度20000 mPa·s降至30℃时的500 mPa·s以下, 轻油用量由现在生产用量的25%下降到18.6%, 取得了较好的经济效益。给出的降粘方法及降粘功能分解分析思路, 对稠油降粘研究具有普遍意义。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes a viscosity reducing method for Orinoco Heavy Crude (Venezuela) with associating, dissolving and diluting techniques, applying the method, the viscosity of the heavy crude is descended below 500 mPa·s at 30℃ from 20000 mPa·s at 50℃, and the volume of diluents (naphtha, gasoline etc.) used is reduced to 18.6% from 25%. The viscosity versus concentration relationships reflecting the viscosity of the heavy crude and diluent's concentration are obtained to establish the relationship of mixture's viscosity, concentration and temperature through experiment. The author believes that the combined viscosity reducing technique provides a more effective method than an individual method, which is of general significance in viscosity reduction of heavy crude.
