输气管道总体工艺方案设计“过程模型”研究

The Design Procedure Model Study of Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 在美国管道建设统计资料的基础上, 计算得到了材料费用占线路工程投资的比例, 回归建立了压气站装机功率与站场投资的关系式, 分析归纳了中国石油天然气股份有限公司《建设项目经济评价方法与参数》关于输气管道建设投资及营运成本项目的计算步骤。基于组合优化算法, 提出了输气管道设计的“过程模型”。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of statistic data from American pipeline construction, the ratio of materials versus pipeline investment, the relation between gas-compressing-station's horsepower and station investment is founded by means of calculation. The calculating procedure used in estimating investment of gas transmission pipeline and counting operation cost item described in PetroChina's project economic evaluation method and parameters is made. The base of combined optimization algorithm is set up and the procedure design model is proposed.
