长输管道泄漏检测技术发展现状

Technology and Development Globally in Leak Detection of Pipelines

  • 摘要: 回顾了国内外油气长输管道泄漏检测技术发展的历史, 介绍了热红外线成像、探地雷达、气体成像等18种管道泄漏检测技术方法, 给出了泄漏检测方法的诊断性能指标和综合性能指标, 预测了长输管道泄漏检测技术发展的趋势。

     

    Abstract: This paper reviews global development history of leak detection technology of long-distance pipelines, introduces 18 methodologies on leak detection for oil and/or gas pipelines, such as heat transfer image, ground penetration radar technology, gas image, pressure sensor, GPS timestamp, radioactive trace, volume and mass balance, pressure wave, wavelet transform, correlation analysis, state estimation, system identification, neural net works, statistic leak hunting, hydraulic gradient, etc. And detection performance index and combined performance index are introduced exactly. In the paper, authors forecast the developing trend in pipeline leak detection technology.
