原油水乳状液制备条件研究

Research on Preparation Condition of Water Emulsion for Crnde Oil

  • 摘要: 系统研究了搅拌转速、搅拌温度、加水方式等因素对乳状液性质的影响, 优选了乳状液的制备条件, 并将室内制备的乳状液的粘度和现场相同含水率的乳状液进行了对比, 确定了室内制备乳状液的条件。

     

    Abstract: The parameters affecting the rheology of emulsion are studied in this paper. The parameters include stirring rate, stirring temperature and the method to put water into oil. Preparation condition of emulsion is optimized. The viscosity of emulsion prepared in laboratory is compared with the emulsion with similar water cut of oil obtained from oilfield. Preparation condition of emulsion in laboratory is determined.
