计量标定系统气流脉动的处理措施

Handling Technique on Gas Pulsation of Metering Calibration System

  • 摘要: 根据西气东输管道计量测试中心标定的要求, 对脉动源的来源、特性及可能产生的影响进行了分析。提出了管网系统合理布局、脉动补救措施等方法。认为管网系统投用前有必要对标定系统的相关部位进行实测。

     

    Abstract: Based on the technical requirements in gas metering calibration of Metering and Measurement Center of West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline, an analysis on the pulsation source, characteristics and possible influence on the metering accuracy is made. Some techniques to rationally lay out the pipeline networks and handle the gas pulsation are given. It is considered that before commissioning the pipeline networks', it is necessary to field test the corresponding locations of calibration system.
