Lane Data Filtering Software for Multi-products Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 管道线路数据是成品油管道模拟软件必不可少的原始数据, 而从管道相关部门得到的现场数据量非常大(常达104数量级), 严重影响软件的运行速度。因此, 软件使用人员在录入管道线路数据前, 通常要对不影响计算精度的数据进行人工删除, 通过筛选, 达到降低处理数据量的目的。认为成品油管道线路数据筛选软件为用户提供了一个便捷的数据筛选工具, 可帮助其从繁重的数据筛选工作中解脱出来。

     

    Abstract: For almost all the simulation software for multi-products oil pipeline, the lane data of pipeline are necessary. However, the number of data from regarding pipeline companies is tremendous, which results in slow speed of software. So, the users of software often have to pre-handle the original data to decrease the scale of them. The software for data filtering can help them out of tedious and time-consuming job. In this paper, the author provides a case to apply this software to Southwest Products Oil Pipeline. The application result shows that the human error is basically low to zero level in data filtering, and the influence to the hydraulic calculating accuracy of the pipeline is within the allowable scope of software, which is practical.
