Abstract: The establishment of off-line model of pipeline is the first condition to study the hydraulic system of pipeline. This paper considers that the controller and rational selection of PID parameters during the process of setting up off-line model is the key. The paper provides the establishment and regulation cases about the Southwest Pipeline and Pearl River Pipeline in building the off-line model for the PID controlling.
