Pipeline Ageing Question and its Solution

  • 摘要: 为避免管道老龄事故, 提出必须基于在役老管道运行负荷及其沿线泵站或压缩机站、穿跨越段、通信和自动化系统等现行检测的基础上, 确定合理的维修方案。并举例介绍了在役老管道负何下降的大修方案及负何不变的新建方案。

     

    Abstract: The author points out that the pipeline ageing is a worldwide question, and to avoid accident from the pipeline ageing the rational maintenance programs and/or scenarios should be determined on the basis 01 monitoring or detection on the operating load of in-line old oil/gas pipelines and their pumping stations, compressor stations, overhead or crossing pipelines, communication system as well as automatic system. The overhaul program for the low throughput old pipelines and the program for new pipelines'construction are case presented.
