The Improved SPOILER——A New Self-Burying Applied Technology in the Pipeline Laying for Submarine Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种利用水流自埋管道SPOILER((管道)搅流器或阻流板)的技术原理、应用的水文地质条件和安装方法。实际应用表明, 甬沪宁杭州湾海底管道安装SPOILER后, 不仅可以促使海水冲蚀海床快速形成浅沟, 达到管道埋深要求, 而且还可以节省费用, 确保海底穿越管道的稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the SPOILER's application as a new self-burying applied technology in the pipeline laying for submarine pipeline. The SPOILER, designed by SPS Co. of Netherland, developed in America and tested in the North Sea in 1988, is an apparatus used in pipeline laying of submarine pipeline, by means of the flowing sea current to self-bury the welded pipeline. However, this apparatus is not suitable for the construction of submarine pipeline in Area sea area for its traditional design. After improvement, HHI Co. of Hyundai, Korea, use this apparatus in Hangzhou Bay Submarine Pipeline (Hangzhou-Shanghai-Nanjing Imported Crude Oil Pipeline, pipeline section in KP2. 4 to KP49. 25). The field application shows that installing the apparatus not only fast forms shallow ditch by the flowing sea current within the buried depth, but also saves the construction costs, and the pipeline self-burying way can ensure the safety of operating pipeline.
