The Application of ClockSpring Apparatus in Defect Repair of Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了ClockSpring复合修复材料的发展状况、主要技术指标和安装作业过程, 给出了ClockSpring复合修复材料的应用条件, 提出了应用ClockSpring复合修复材料前应注意的事项。指出ClockSpring复合修复技术具有施工便捷、省时、无需管道停输、降压等优点, 是一种永久性的修复技术。

     

    Abstract: The ClockSpring apparatus's development and application, main technical indexes and site installation in pipeline repair is introduces and its available application condition of this apparatus is given. Some questions in site application are pointed out and analyzed. The authors consider that this ClockSpring apparatus is characterized by convenient installation, time saving, without shutdown of pipeline and pressure decrease, and is a permanent repair manner for the oil pipeline.
