燃气轮机可转导叶部套保养工作实践

Maintenance Practice of Variable (Guide) Vane System of Axial Flow Gas Turbine

  • 摘要: 分析了濮阳首站轴流燃气轮机串联压缩机组可转导叶部套发生故障的原因。根据可转导叶部套的结构和故障特点, 提出了通过保养的方法改善并提高可转导叶部套的工作可靠性的几种方法, 并对这几种保养方法进行了定性分析和实践总结。

     

    Abstract: The trouble cause of variable(guide)vane system of axial flow gas turbine is analyzed. The axial flow gas turbine sets from Solar Co. of USA were operated in Puyang Original Gas Compression Station in 1986 and 1987. Some methods to maintain and improve the work reliability of variable(guide)vane system of axial flow gas turbine are presented, also the quantitative analysis and practice summary are given.
