HGC-1型原油自动交接系统在卸油计量中的应用

The Application of HGC-1 Crude Oil Custody Transfer System in Oil Unloading Metering of Oilfield

  • 摘要: 介绍了HGC-1型原油自动交接系统的工作原理, 利用HGC-19水分传感器、SCS-30电子地衡、电子计算机系统、含水自动计量监控软件等软硬件组成的HGC-1型自动交接油系统, 可有效解决油罐车含水率人工计量引起的数据不准、工作量大、易导致交接双方发生争议等问题, 经济技术性好, 具有较高的推广应用价值, 可为油田持续高效发展提供有力的技术保障。

     

    Abstract: The article introduces the work principle of HGC-1 Crude Oil Custody Transfer System, which consists of HGC-19 water content sensor, SCS-30 electric platform scale, computer system and water cut automatic metering monitoring software. This system can effectively solve the questions in inaccuracy water cut ratio data of road tank from human metering error, tired job of staffs and disputation between the trading parties on the oil volume. The application of this system shows that it has a high economic feasibility in oil unloading of oilfield and is the technical fundamentals for the sustained and effective development of oilfield.
