压缩天然气(CNG)加气母站的工艺设计方案

Process Design Scenario of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Automobile Parent Fuelling Station

  • 摘要: 阐述了压缩天然气(CNG)汽车加气母站工艺设计方案的确定原则。以前置脱水为例, 介绍了CNG加气母站的工艺流程, 结合《车用压缩天然气》(GB18047-2000)标准, 分析了两种深度脱水方案的优缺点以及脱水方案的确定方式。从占地面积、安全性、使用年限等六个方面对小瓶储气、大瓶储气、储气井储气三种储气方案的优缺点进行了比较。着重介绍了CNG加气母站必备的各系统的构成及其功能。

     

    Abstract: The decision-making guideline of process design scenario of compressed natural gas (CNG) automobile parent fuelling station is described. Take the pre-dehydration technique of gas as an example, the paper gives the process flow of CNG automobile parent fuelling station. According to the Code of GB18047-2000 (Compressed Natural Gas for Automobile Use), this paper compares and analyzes the scenario of strengthening dehydration and determination method of dehydration of natural gas. For the CNG automobile parent fuelling station, the 3 gas storage manners, small-volume steel tank, large-volume steel tank and gas storage well, are compared from the earth making-up, safety and service life and so on. Meanwhile, the constitution of necessary operating system and their functions for this kind of station is introduced.
