耐沾污型成品油储罐外防腐涂料的研究

Study on Anti-contamination External Coating Material of Products Oil Storage Tank

  • 摘要: 介绍了耐沾污涂料的研究现状, 分析了涂层的耐沾污性对成品油储罐白色防腐涂层绝热功能的影响, 给出了耐沾污型成品油储罐涂料研究中的原材料选择、涂料配方和涂层的性能测试结果。研究结果表明, 耐沾污型成品油储罐外防腐涂料具有优异的耐沾污性、耐紫外光老化性和高反射率, 可为成品油储罐外壁提供有效的防腐保护和绝热保护。

     

    Abstract: The technology research status quo of anti-contamination external coating material is briefly introduced. The authors analyze the impact of contamination resistivity of external coating material on the heat radiation of "white color type" coating layer of product oil storage tank. The experiment results on the anti-contamination external coating material in selection of raw material, batch formula and property testing are provided, and the influence of different resins, colorant ratios and solvents on the contamination resistivity is deeply discussed in this paper.
