“拐点法”在阳极地床接地电阻测试中的应用

The Application of "Inflection Point" Technique in Measuring Earth Resistance of Anode Groundbed for the Pipelines Buried in Desert Area

  • 摘要: 根据接地电阻测试的基本原理, 将阳极地床接地电阻测试时需要找到“电位平缓区”才能得到真实接地电阻的理论, 改进为只要找到阳极地床和辅助接地极之间电位场的“电位拐点”, 即可得到真实的接地电阻。提出了“双曲线拐点法”, 通过理论和实际操作两个方面验证了电位“拐点法”在大型阳极地床接地电阻测试中的实用性, 解决了传统方法因受到测试场区地形条件的限制而导致测量值不准确的问题。

     

    Abstract: The authors consider that in accordance with the basic principle of earth resistance, the "real earth resistance" can be measured when the "ground-reference-plane within the groundbed and auxiliary earth anode" is found out. To apply this principle to the measurement on the earth resistance of anode groundbed for the oil pipeline buried in high resistivity area (desert area), a new measurement method is presented, that is, only after finding out the "inflection point" within the potential field between the anode groundbed and auxiliary earth anode can the "real earth resistance" be measured. This new method is successfully applied in the Western Libya Oil Pipeline, and meanwhile the "hyperbolic curve inflection point" technique derived from the "inflection point" technique is developed. The "inflection point" technique is demonstrated on the theory and practice in the earth resistance measurement of large-scale anode groundbed, which solves the troubles in low accuracy readings and suitable to the measurement on the earth resistance of anode groundbed for oil and/or gas pipelines in desert or serir (gobi) areas without landform's limitation.
