原油罐底腐蚀机理研究
Study on the Corrosion Mechanism of Bottom Plate of Crude Oil Storage Tank

摘要: 针对某原油罐底腐蚀问题, 利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱分析仪对罐底腐蚀材料表面进行了微观观察和检测。对原油罐底腐蚀机理进行了研究, 结果表明, Cl-的自催化闭塞电池作用是形成罐底孔蚀的根源, H2S以及垢下氧浓差原电池等共同作用形成底板溃疡腐蚀。认为将电子扫描电镜和能谱分析仪相结合, 能获得金属材料的微观形貌和成分信息, 可为深入研究金属材料的腐蚀机理提供更加科学和完整的数据。Abstract: In view of corrosion question of the bottom plates of oil storage tank, the authors carry on the microscopic observation and the examination using the electronic scanning electricity mirror (SEM) and the power spectrum analyzer to corrosion material surface of the bottom plates of oil storage tanks thoroughly study the bottom corrosion mechanism. The study indicates that the root of the corrosion of bottom plates is coming from the catalyzed unenlightened cell function of the chlorine ion; hydrogen sulfide along with the mutual effect of oxygen concentration cell beneath the oil residual matter result in the ulcer-like corrosion of bottom plate. The superiority of electronic scanning electricity mirror and the power spectrum analyzer is confirmed as effective in examination of oil storage tanks.
