埋地含蜡原油管道流动安全评价研究

Cogitation on the Flow Safety Assessment of the Buried Waxy Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了含蜡原油管道流动安全评价研究的主要内容及国内外研究进展, 认为管道流动安全状况与管输原油的流变性、管径、地温、土壤热物性、管道工作状态、管道腐蚀状况和泵配置等因素有关。指出使用不确定性分析方法进行管道流动安全评价研究面临两大挑战, 即影响因素不确定性描述和凝管风险可接受标准的确定。建议进一步加强含蜡原油流变性研究和管道停输再启动安全评价方法研究, 并开展管道流动安全等级划分标准、重要影响因素不确定性和凝管损失计算模型的研究。

     

    Abstract: The flow safety assessment is the central matter for the decision-making of the pipeline transportation scheme. The main contents and their research status of the flow safety of buried waxy crude pipeline are presented. The challenges to the pipeline flow safety researched by uncertainty methods are pointed out. Furthermore, the future studies on the flow safety assessment of the buried waxy crude pipeline are put forward.
