宾汉姆泵滑动轴承温度过热分析处理

Analysis on the Overtemperature of Sliding Bearing of HSB Bingham Pump

  • 摘要: 针对宾汉姆HSB型输油泵在运行中经常出现的滑动轴承过热问题, 通过查找原因, 发现冷却装置不完善, 水循环管路不畅, 滑动轴承箱挡油环密封不严, 以及滑动轴承质量问题等因素是造成宾汉姆泵滑动轴承过热的主要因素。通过在宾汉姆泵安装铜制翅片形水冷却器, 降低了润滑油温度, 抑制了轴瓦温度的上升, 解决了宾汉姆泵滑动轴承温度超高的问题。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the overtemperature of HSB Bingham pump's bearing in the operation, the cause analysis is made. The analysis results show that many factor result in the bearing's overtemperature. By means of installation of cooler and other measures, this problem is solved.
