天然气长输管道输差控制与分析

Control and Analysis on Measurement Shortage for Long Distance Gas Transmission Pipeline

摘要: 针对目前天然气管输企业发展过程中存在的输差控制问题, 指出应建立天然气集输平衡与输差分析机制, 并分析了其影响因素。在当前技术及管理现状的条件下对输差、输差定位基础工作、输差分析与输差控制等问题进行了探讨, 提出了天然气输差控制理论和输差分析方法。

Abstract: In the light of the measurement shortage in gas transmission enterprises, the authors points out that the mechanism of transmission balance and measurement shortage should be established and the influence factors on it also taken into account. This paper discusses the measurement shortage including its addressing as well as the measurement shortage analysis and control, puts forward the control theory of measurement shortage and analysis method of measurement shortage.
