木龙河悬索跨越的安全性分析

Safety Analysis on Suspension Overhead Crossing of Mulonghe River

  • 摘要: 介绍了木龙河悬索跨越结构, 并对其各锚固点高程及主索吊索索力、风索拉索索力和背索索力进行了测量、校核计算和安全性分析。结果表明, 木龙河悬索跨越桥主索索力及其吊索和风索拉索索力符合规范要求, 在测量状态下是安全的, 同时对其钢桁架梁存在一定程度的扭转变形, 风索主索锚固端处有16.147°偏差, 风索主索端部锚具件中的连接螺栓存在安全隐患等问题, 提出了应进行及时整改的建议。

     

    Abstract: The suspension overhead crossing structure of Mulonghe River is described. The paper survey, check-up and safety analysis are made on the elevation of all anchoring points, suspension force of major suspension, tension cable force of wind cable and back cable. The results show that the structure design of suspension overhead crossing for Mulonghe River meets the needs of relative standards and codes and it is safe under the survey condition. Meanwhile, the problems existed in the wisting deformation in its steel truss, a 16.147°deviation at the anchoring position of major wind cable and the unsafe bolts in the ends of major wind cables are analyzed in order to solve them.
