高寒地区储罐基础冷铺沥青砂施工技术

Construction Method of Cold-laid Bitumen Sand for Storage Tank Foundation in Intensive Cold Area

  • 摘要: 介绍了冷铺沥青砂的性能、特点、适用范围, 以及在冬季低于-15℃的温度条件下, 储罐基础冷铺沥青砂的施工方法和检验方法。运用该技术解决了施工中的难题, 保证了工程质量和工期, 通过对冷铺沥青砂与普通沥青砂的综合费用进行经济对比分析, 得出冷铺沥青砂在价格上占有较大优势, 从而降低了工程成本。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the asphalt performance, characteristics and application scope as well as adopting cold-laid bitumen sand technique for storage tank foundation construction under -15℃. The authors consider that this method effectively solves relative technological issues, can ensure the cold-laid quality and progress. The economic comparison on the cold-laid bitumen sand and ordinary bitumen sand in comprehensive cost is made, and the results show that the former is advantageous in price, which decreases the project cost.
