水平管气液两相流清管瞬态过程试验研究

An Experimental Investigation on Pigging Transient Characteristics of Gas-Liquid Two-phase Flow in Horizontal Pipes

  • 摘要: 利用内径为80mm, 全长为350m的室外大型多相流试验环道进行了气液两相流的清管通球试验, 介绍了清管试验环道装置和流程以及多相流数据采集系统, 测得了通球时的集液量、清管时间、清管球运行速度变化规律, 计算得到了清管时的平均持液率, 分析了各流动参数和沿线各点的压力、压差变化规律。

     

    Abstract: The experiment on pigging operation is carried out in horizontal multiphase flow test loop, of which the pipeline is 350 m in length with 80 mm in inner diameter. The test loop, data acquisition system and experiment methods used for the pigging study are introduced. The pigging operation is a transient flow process. Some important parameters are measured, such as pigging time, sweep-out inside the pipeline and the changing of pig moving velocity. Besides, the average liquid holdup in the test loop is calculated. The changing rules for each flow parameters, pressure as well as pressure difference along the pipelines are analyzed. Some important conclusions are obtained in the experiment, which is significant for the design and management of multiphase flow pipelines.
