冷热原油交替输送的传热过程研究

Study on the Heat Transfer Process of Alternating Transportation of Cold and Hot Crude Oils

  • 摘要: 针对冷热原油顺序输送过程中的热力问题展开讨论, 建立其二维传热数学模型, 在模型中将土壤的半无限大区域转化成有限矩形区域, 利用有限差分法进行离散化求解。利用此方法对新大线输送高凝点和低凝点原油的实际运行监测数据结果进行计算, 其计算值与实测值误差较小, 建立的该数据模型能够满足工程需要。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the thermal problem existed in the process of alternating transportation of cold and hot crude oil. The two-dimensional heat transfer model is established, in which the semi-infinite zone of soil is converted into finite orthogom zone to discretely resolve with the finite difference method. This method is used to calculate the actual data (higher and lower pour point crudes) of a crude oil pipeline. The analysis shows that the calculation results of oil inlet temperature are basically lower than the measured data, which is safe to the pipeline operation.
