超稠油管道输送水力及热力计算

Hydraulic and Thermal Calculation on Extra-viscous Crude Transportation Pipeline

  • 摘要: 通过对超稠油管道水力、热力条件的分析和流变性试验, 确定出超稠油可输性的温度, 结合辽河油田特油2号站至石化分公司超稠油输油管道设计, 建立了超稠油管道集肤效应电伴热水力、热力计算数学模型, 并给出了计算方法。在辽河油田特油2号站至石化分公司超稠油输油管道设计中得到较好的应用并获得成功。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of analysis and rheology experiment of extra-viscous crude transportation pipeline, the transportable temperature of extra-viscous crude is determined. This article introduces the design of a 26.4 km extra-viscous crude pipeline in Liaohe Oilfield, sets up the hydraulic and thermal mathematic model for the surface electric tracing pipeline and provides the calculation method.
