深水管道涡激振动控制方法

Study on the Control Method of Vortex Vibration for Submarine Pipeline

  • 摘要: 海底管道涡激振动控制是管道设计中的重要问题。根据深水环境下, 海底表面流速通常很低, 并且基本不受波浪影响的特点, 指出深水涡激振动控制应主要考虑疲劳失效, 用管道的疲劳寿命作为深水悬跨管道涡激振动的控制条件。建立了深水环境下涡激振动的非线性微分方程, 给出疲劳计算公式, 并对比了浅水控制方法与深水控制方法计算的临界跨长。

     

    Abstract: The control of vortex vibration of submarine pipeline is very important in the design of submarine pipeline. The authors consider that the deep-water environment is different from shallows environment, if the control method of vortex vibration of pipeline for shallows is used in that of deep-water, the result will be too conservative. In the deep-water environment, the surface velocity of seabed is generally slow and free from waving, and therefore, the consideration of control of vortex vibration for pipeline in the deep-water environment should be fatigue failure, and the fatigue life of pipeline is taken as a basic control condition for the vortex vibration of spanning pipeline in the deep water. This paper establishes nonlinear differential equations, gives the fatigue equations and compares the critical spanning of pipeline of calculated results from the shallows and deep water.
