长输管道绝缘接头的应用及安全性分析

Application and Safety Analysis on Security of Insulating Joint for Long Distance Pipelines

  • 摘要: 针对绝缘接头高绝缘、良好密封性、较高刚性、高寿命及零维修费用的不同结构的要求,提出了其相应的设计方案,并从结构类型的选择、非导电介质用绝缘接头内衬(或涂层)的设置、密封槽与密封圈的尺寸配合、组焊工艺控制、上下填充料的注入时机及绝缘接头与管道安装等方面提出了绝缘接头在制造安装过程中应注意的问题。

     

    Abstract: For the insulating joint of long distance pipeline, the relative design scenario is presented according to the structures' requirements in higher insulating capacity, sound sealing performance, excellent rigidity, longer service life and maintenance-free. The technical issues to be focused on are given in selection of structures, installation of lining or coating used for the non-conductive medium, dimensional stability between the sealing groove and sealing gasket, quality control of welding process, injection time of up-down filler and connection between the joint and pipeline.
