热媒脱水和脱轻馏分的工艺优化

Process Optimization on the Dehydration and Light Fraction Removal for Heating Agent of Heat Medium Heater System

  • 摘要: 介绍了新型原油加热系统热媒脱水与脱轻馏分工艺。针对热媒炉系统易发生水击、无法实现自动控制和优化运行、热效率低、热媒乳化失效快等问题进行了分析,发现主要根源是热媒脱水与脱轻馏分工艺操作不合理。经过系统优化,实现了热媒炉系统的安全、平稳、高效运行。

     

    Abstract: The technical analysis is made on surge, difficulties in automatic control and optimal operating, low thermal efficiency and emulsification failure of heat agent for the heat medium heater system. The results display that the application of process in dehydration and light fraction removal is not rational. Solutions are put forward in equipment installation and operators' responsibility to optimize the operation process.
