Optimal Design on Fuel Oil System of Heater of Oil Production Complex

  • 摘要: 孤岛油田孤一联合站加热炉燃油系统在正常供油时必须保证恒压运行,当系统中加热炉因工艺需要启停时,燃油供给系统的压力会发生波动,容易出现燃烧器回火、断火甚至停运等不良现象,依靠人工调节燃油系统的压力平衡,所需配合人员较多,程序繁琐,对燃烧器配件损害较大。针对这一问题,孤一联合站利用变频调速技术,调整了燃油瞬时供给量,同时简化了工艺流程,实现了加热炉燃油系统恒压运行,取得了明显的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: The fuel oil system of heaters used in Guyi Oil Production Complex in Gudao Oilfield had to operate at constant pressure when supplying the fuel oil. The fluctuation of pressure of fuel oil supplying system will be taken place when the heaters had to be started up or stopped under the condition of technical requirements, which probably result in flash back or stop of burner. To keep the fuel oil system of heater operating at the constant pressure, the solutions (optimal design) are taken like variable frequency technique, changing the transient supply of fuel oil and simplifying the process flow, which realize the constant pressure operating of fuel oil system for heaters.
