A New Type of Natural Gas Low Temperature Refrigerated Dehydration Equipment

  • 摘要: 低温气液分离器是一种集气体动力学、热力学和流体力学理论为一体的新型气体干燥处理装置,该装置具有体积小、无旋转部件、不需要使用任何化学剂、可实现无人操作等优点,是一种新型的环保高效节能型制冷脱水装置,将其与目前常用的天然气脱水方法进行了对比,在分析其工作原理的基础上,认为还有一些问题需要进一步研究和解决。

     

    Abstract: The low temperature gas-liquid separator combines aerodynamics, thermodynamics and fluid mechanics theories to make a compact gas conditioning process. With a small volume, no rotating parts and requiring no chemicals, allowing for unmanned operation, it is environmentally and high efficient new revolutionary gas-processing separator. Based on the introduction to its factions and characteristics, by comparing with the conventional natural gas-conditioning systems, in addition, the analysis of its working principle and further theoretic research and technical development tasks are introduced in the article.
