呼吸阀承压分析

The Analysis on Load-bearing Capacity of Pressure-and-Vacuum Vent Valve

  • 摘要: 呼吸阀是油罐的重要附件之一,其试验压力关系到呼吸阀的安全性和可靠性。结合呼吸阀的结构特点,对DN200 QZF-89型全天候呼吸阀进行了压力试验,试验分析结果表明,呼吸阀的阀体水压试验标准为0.9MPa更为合理。

     

    Abstract: A pressure-and-vacuum vent valve is a kind of important adjunct, which pressure testing relates to its security and reliability. According to the construction characteristic of pressure-and-vacuum vent valve in this paper, the pressure testing on all-weather QZF-89 pressure-and-vacuum vent valve is made. The calculation and analysis results indicate that the hydraulic pressure set as 0.9 MPa is reasonable for the valve body.
