大型储罐罐底阴极保护检测数据及其分析

Analysis on the CP Detection Data of Storage Tank Bottom

  • 摘要: 探讨了大型储罐罐底MMO网状阳极的击穿电压和氧气去极化问题。为了探寻罐底板外壁阴极保护的真实阴极保护效果,《钢制石油储罐防腐蚀工程技术规范》编写组对镇海、茂名及上海等地的大型储罐罐底网状阳极和柔性阳极的保护数据进行了实测分析,结果表明,采用MMO网状阳极,其断电电位与通电电位相差很大,MMO网状阳极很难达到-0.85V(CSE)的极化准则;柔性阳极的断电电位与通电电位相差较小,这些都与其阳极反应产物有关。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the breakdown voltage of MMO (mixed metal oxide) net anode and oxygen depolarization for the large-scale storage tank. To find out the real CP effectiveness of external CP of storage tank, the Draft Group of 《The Code of Steel Storage Petroleum Tank Corrosion Control Engineering Technology》carries out an experimental analysis on the protection data of MMO net anode and Anodeflex used in large-scale storage tanks located at Zhenhai, Zhejiang Province, Maoming, Guangdong Province and Shanghai, and the results show that there exist a big difference between switch-off potential and switch-on potential when using MMO anode and it is very hard to reach the polarization criterion at -0. 85 V(CSE) as well; while that of Anodeflex is small, which is close relative to the reaction product of anode.
