长距离复杂地层水平定向钻穿越管道施工技术

Construction Technology Study on Long-distance and Complex Stratum Project by Horizontal Directional Drilling

  • 摘要: 外钓岛—册子岛水平定向钻穿越管道工程穿越曲线超长, 地质条件极为复杂, 施工难度很大。通过对穿越管道工程特点及施工难点的分析, 在导向孔钻进、扩孔工艺及泥浆控制等方面采取技术措施, 解决了超长距离导向孔施工钻杆的失稳问题, 以及长距离管道回拖中存在的钻机推力过大、管道易损坏等施工难题, 实现了外钓岛—册子岛海底管道的定向钻穿越。

     

    Abstract: The crossing curve of Waidiaodao-Cezidao offshore pipeline directional drilling project is extraordinary long and stratum conditions are very complicated, the construction difficulties are unprecedentedly. The characteristics and difficulties of the project are analyzed and the requirements of construction technology are taken into account. The accomplishment of Waidiaodao-Cezidao offshore pipeline crossing provides the construction experiences in the realm of long-distance and complicated geological directional crossing.
